Stephanie believes finding a home is about more than checking boxes. It’s about finding the place where your life can unfold. As a Western North Carolina real estate agent, she loves helping buyers discover the character of each neighborhood and helping sellers show what makes their home special.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Stephanie also lived in Colorado before making the mountains of North Carolina home. Having made a big move herself, she understands how much there is to consider beyond the house. She brings curiosity, honest advice, and steady support to every step, whether a client is buying their first home, relocating, or preparing to sell.

Stephanie’s curiosity has taken her across six continents, through a stretch of exploring the West Coast while living out of her car, and to Costa Rica, where she lived for several months and learned about organic farming and permaculture. She travels back whenever she can.

These days, Stephanie lives in Fairview with her husband and son. She loves hiking, getting out on the water, and traveling whenever possible—but music might be her favorite way to feel at home anywhere. She’s happiest at a live show or watching her son discover songs he loves.
